I didn’t receive my item.So I contacted the shop. They won’t do anything about my missing package. It shows delivered but we didn’t even have mail delivery that day because we had an ice storm. Mail wasn’t delivered till the next Monday. Post Office states that sender ( this shop) has to file a claim on the insurance. I bet they didn’t even insure it. So my next step is to file a PayPal claim. I won’t purchase again from this shop. Customer service is a joke!!
